I am writing to follow up on our discussion of the 20th during which you indicated to me that the debtor was engaged in some kind of Ponzi scheme. Doing so during the course of her Chapter 11 may well constitute some kind of bankruptcy crime. Certainly, it would be a conveyance under § 549 which could be avoided by the trustee.

r would appreciate your providing me with all of the information on which you base your allegations. As you know, the § 341 meeting will take place on December 4 in Portland. I would like to have as much information gathered in preparation for that meeting as possible.
