I. Review of Paul Richards' Deposition and Exhibits

The Loprestis assigned their Judgments against Cathy Petit to Paul Richards in November, 1990.

- Deposition Exhibit 2

In March, 1990, Paul Richards Paid real estate taxes for Catherine Petit in the amount of $5,193.22. In March, 1991, Paul Richards paid a total of $1,000 on behalf of Cathy Petit for her 1981 lien.

II. Review of Andv Sparks' Deposition and Exhibit (and documents produced not marked as Exhibits)

- 1990 (date otherwise illegible) Assignment from Maine National Bank (by Nancy Gauvin to Paul Richards) of Judgment in Maine District Court Action 87-MJ-125

- Stipulation and Order dated January 31, 1989 signed by Judge Gollin of the Maine District Court in the matter of The Entertainment Network, Inc, v Petit (Bid-89-NJ-6) This directs payment of $5,325 to Attorney Ron Colas. There is, then, an Assignment dated in 1990 from The Entertainment Network to Paul Richards.
